Tamu Lewis, Board President

Tamu Lewis, Co-Founder and Board President and sister of Lee Thompson Young. Tamu is the Head of Global Compensation at Manhattan Associates. She specializes in compensation strategy, performance management, succession planning, career path training, work force strategy, and competency development. Tamu has over 25 years of work experience, including 24 years of human resources consulting and corporate experience focusing in compensation and performance management. She is the author of the book Surviving The Mental Health Tank, where she shares 5 keys to cultivating emotional well-being for yourself and your loved ones.

Qualifications & Education

Tamu earned a Bachelors degree in Finance from the University of South Carolina and a Masters degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  She is a Member of the Atlanta Area Compensation Association (AACA), WorldatWork and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).  She has earned the following certifications:  Certified Life Coach, Certified Positive Discipline Educator, Mental Health First Aider, Former Crisis Text Line Counselor, Certified Breathwork Coach, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
